OUR COMMITMENT. At WyzLab Solutions OPC, we stand behind the quality of our products and services. This Refund Policy is designed to be clear, fair, and consistent with best practices for digital businesses protecting both our clients and our company.
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through wyzlabsolutions.com or any WyzLab platform, including digital course products, platform subscriptions, design & development services, and VA service retainers.
WyzLab offers a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on all digital course products and downloadable resources. Refund requests submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date will be evaluated for eligibility.
To qualify for a refund on a digital product, ALL of the following conditions must be met:
WHY THESE CRITERIA? Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," we rely on engagement data and good-faith communication to evaluate refund requests fairly. Our 30% completion threshold protects against misuse while allowing genuine dissatisfied customers a full exit.
The following are NOT eligible for refunds:
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refund is provided for partial months unless a refund request is submitted within the first 14 days of the initial subscription commencement (not renewals).
Annual subscription fees are refundable on a prorated basis within the first 30 days of the subscription term. After 30 days, no refunds are issued for unused portions of an annual subscription. Cancellation prevents auto-renewal; existing access continues until the end of the paid term.
Subscribers may downgrade their plan at any time. Credits from the unused portion of a higher-tier plan may be applied to future billing cycles at WyzLab's discretion.
Service engagements are governed by the applicable Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement. In the absence of a separate agreement, the following default terms apply:
VA service retainers are billed in advance. Unused retainer hours in a given month do not roll over and are non-refundable. Retainers may be cancelled with 14 days' written notice prior to the next billing date.
To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. WyzLab does not issue refunds via alternative methods unless the original payment method is no longer available.
PROCESSING TIMELINE: Credit card refunds: 5 to 10 business days. GCash and Maya refunds: 3 to 5 business days. Bank transfer refunds: 7 to 14 business days depending on your financial institution.
Initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting WyzLab constitutes a breach of this policy. WyzLab reserves the right to dispute chargebacks that are not consistent with the terms herein, and to suspend or terminate account access for clients who initiate unauthorized chargebacks. We always prefer to resolve disputes directly please contact us first.
If you are unsatisfied with a refund decision, you may escalate the matter by replying to the decision email with additional context or documentation. Escalations are reviewed by WyzLab's senior team within 5 business days. WyzLab's decision on escalated cases is final.
WyzLab reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Purchases made prior to a policy change are governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
