Your Pro plan includes custom domain setup. We will configure the DNS so your platform runs on your own branded domain (e.g. academy.yourbrand.com).
We'll send DNS instructions once your account is created.

Payout Details
💸 WyzCore pays out your earnings every Friday at 5PM PHT via Xendit.
Transfer fees are on us — you receive your full earnings, no deductions.

Your PayPal account must be verified and enabled to receive payments. Payouts will be sent in PHP and converted to USD by PayPal at the prevailing exchange rate.
Payment Setup Pro
Your WyzCore Pro plan includes a dedicated Xendit payment account.
As a Pro client, you will receive your own Xendit sub-account to collect payments directly from your learners. Xendit will contact you to complete their KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before your payment account is fully activated.
Supported payout channels on your Xendit account: GCash, Maya, and Bank Transfer.
Content Status
💡 WyzPro Content Services can build your courses, digital products, and content for your coaching programs or memberships — Articulate Rise or Storyline, SCORM-ready, instructional design included.
As a BIR-registered e-marketplace operator, WyzCore is required under RR No. 16-2023 and RMC No. 8-2024 to collect and verify each seller's tax documents before your store can go live and before any payout is released. These documents are submitted through your learner account — no need to upload anything here.

BIR Form No. 2303 — your official Certificate of Registration with the Bureau of Internal Revenue.

Your registered TIN, matching the name and details on your Certificate of Registration.

A clear copy of a valid, government-issued identification card.

Registered Business Bank Account Required
Bank account details for your payouts. Under RMC No. 8-2024, remittances must go to an account under your registered business/trade name — personal accounts are not allowed.

A BIR-received Sworn Declaration if your gross remittances have not exceeded ₱500,000 for the taxable year — required to qualify for exemption from the 1% withholding tax.

Exemption / Lower-rate Certification If applicable
Any certification, clearance, ruling, or document proving entitlement to an exemption or lower income tax rate under an existing law or treaty.

Additional documents by taxpayer type If applicable
Depending on your taxpayer type, you may also need: a valid Passport and foreign address (OFWs / non-resident citizens), a valid Philippine Immigration Document (resident aliens), or an Authorized Representative (business entities). The course will guide you based on your profile.
⚠️ Important: Your storefront and products stay hidden from public view, and payouts are held, until your required documents are submitted and verified. This protects both you and WyzCore under BIR rules. Complete this early so you can launch and get paid without delay.
How your payouts work
💸 You'll submit your bank account details along with your compliance documents inside the course.
Once your documents and bank details are submitted and verified, WyzLab transfers your payouts to your bank account every Friday.
As an international seller on the Flex Free plan, your payouts are processed through Stripe. Before your account can go live and receive payouts, Stripe requires you to complete its verification (KYC) by submitting the documents below. These are submitted during your Stripe onboarding through your learner account — no need to upload anything here.

How your payouts work with Stripe
🌍 Your payouts are transferred to your bank account via Stripe.
You'll connect your bank account during your Stripe verification on your seller account — no bank details needed here.
Understanding your first payout
Your very first payout takes 7 to 14 days to clear after your first successful transaction is processed. This extended buffer lets Stripe establish account verification and manage fraud risk. It applies only to the first payout.
Choosing your payout frequency
After the initial buffer, you can set your preferred frequency in the Stripe Dashboard:
Daily automatic — funds transfer every business day once they clear your country's processing speed.
Weekly automatic — funds transfer automatically on a chosen day of the week.
Monthly automatic — funds transfer automatically on a chosen day of the month.
Manual control — you initiate bank transfers yourself from your dashboard.
Settlement speed (T + X business days)
Your cadence sets how often money transfers; your settlement speed sets when specific transaction funds clear. "T" is the transaction time and "X" is the regional clearing days:
United States & Australia: T + 2 business days — standard industry speed.
UK, Europe & Canada: T + 3 business days — global baseline standard.
High-risk industries: T + 14 calendar days — fixed tier for protected industries.
